Audigy question, PLZ HELP ME OUT

is it possible 2 benefit from the different audigy cards features (like the new EAX etc...) using quality headphones (Koss headphones 4 example)????
can quality headphones simulate EAX and AC3???

I don't know about EAX, but to hear surround sound from something like Dolby Digital 5.1 (AC-3 5.1) you would need software that virtualized the surround. Dolby actually licenses software to do just that (called Dolby Headphone), but I don't know if it's available for PCs.
