SPDIF in/out connections for Audigy SB1395 model SB0230

Audigy model SB0230 has a SPDIF socket on top edge of pcb with 5 pins similar shape to cd in and aux in do you know what the 5 pins are.creative website unable to help and pdf manual says for creative use.can you help

if you are facing the cable plug, the pins are numbered 14253, left to right
if you are facing the connector, on the board, the pins are numbered 35241 left to right.
1. left audio out
4. right audio out
2. screen (ground)
5. right audio in
3. left audio in

how can i connect audio out to get a SPDIF out on a single RCA socket,does this need some sort of converter sorry to be so thick
