Audio and graphic driver

i want audio and graphic driver for
operating system :windows 7 enterprise
Memory (RAM): 2 GB
processor : pentium (R) dual core cpu E5400@2.70 GHz
system: manufacturer -- intel.
model : DG31PR
system type: 32- bit operating system. , 64 bit capable.
present graphic: intel(R) G33/G31 Express chipset family ( Microsoft corporation-WDDM1.0)
display adapter driver version. 8.15.10.1749 existing .
At the existing system, when i record my screen video by using 'my screen recorder' and / or by 'bb flashback pro recorder', then recording will be done . but sound will not come out. when i installed motherboard software , then graphic and audio driver not installed , but other software installed. someone told me to set audio and graphic driver.
so, i request to tell me the exact driver for the above operating system.
