Audio and Video out of sync

So for a couple of weeks now, the audio and video on all videos have been out of sync. It even happens when I watch movies that I have downloaded and played using windows media player. The audio and video are synced at first but they go out of sync after a couple of minutes. Refreshing the page/video seems to sync it back again. Any ideas what this could be? I already updated my realtek drivers.
