Audio and video stuttering, along with occasional crashing.

Hello, I recently built a low-mid range gaming computer. here are my specs:

R5 1500x
Zotac OC 1050ti
Ballistix Sport LT Gray 8GB DDR4-2400
Asrock AB350 Pro4 Motherboard

This problem started immediately and happens whenever i'm doing almost anything. When I start a Youtube video, the first few seconds of watching it has really bad audio and video stuttering. When I'm moving/opening windows, the video stuttering also occurs. Sometimes it happens when i'm not even doing anything and just watching a Youtube video.

I have a dual monitor setup through HDMI and DVI both at 1080p 60htz.
I've tried almost everything to fix this problem. the only thing that worked is uninstalling Nvidia drivers and using the default drivers. But I can't use this solution forever because I am unable to use my dual monitor setup and I cannot mine crypto with my GPU when idle.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Another thing I should mention is when my computer crashes, it goes black and makes an audio stuttering sound through speakers for a few seconds. Then it restarts.

I have.
I also tried overclocking with MSI Afterburner but to no eval. However I am not the most experienced at overclocking and COULD have been doing something incorrect. But it's unlikely.

Also the CPU OC is set at default, I haven't touched that yet.

Check device manager for any yellow exclamation marks. Make sure the motherboard drivers/bios are updated. Try a previous version of the NVidia driver, using DDU in safe mode to uninstall any remnants first.
You can also try booting into safe mode with networking and see if the problem persists.

I've already tried all that but thanks tho
