Audio and Wireless Drivers for IBM T40 Laptop

Hello

I have recently installed Lubuntu 14.04 LTS on my IBM ThinkPad T40 as a dual boot with Windows XP. Everything runs well (much faster than Windows XP I might add) except for that there is no sound (so presumably there was no sound driver on the linux install CD) and the wireless doesn't seem to work either.

The Laptop is an IBM T40 type 2373, and the Wireless Card is made by Cisco Systems (can't find what model the wireless card is I will send an update when I do)
