Question Audio becomes slightly louder after audio stops and plays again

This isn't the first pair of headphones this happened with. It happened with another pair of earbuds I used to have. Basically, for example, when playing a youtube video, the audio will be normal. After pausing for about 10 seconds, and unpausing, the audio becomes slightly louder than normal. Its not that the audio automatically turns itself up, it's just that the audio just becomes louder. After I got my new headphones, it stopped. But I had to reinstall Windows yesterday(for an unrelated reason) and then all of a sudden I realized it started doing it again.

Where did you source the installer for your OS? Speaking of Windows, which one are you working with?

considering this issue is with audio, include the audio equipment you have to work with and how they're tethered to your platform.
