Question Audio changes to bass only

Hi!
I have Win10 a Sound Blaster Audigy FX (latest drivers installed) and usually works fine, BUT from time to time, the audio randomly changes to bass only.
Videos and music cannot be listened to, and usually I have to restart the computer. Sometimes waiting some time and the issue is solved.
Sometimes it happens a few times in a couple of days, sometimes no issue for weeks or months.

I usually only use Chrome for streaming, sometimes VLC player so no games or other stuff.

It just happened again and its annoying.

Any idea?

Can you please mention the make and model of your audio equipment? I think you're having an issue with your audio device, namely the speakers. What version(not edition) of Windows 10 are you working with? As for your sound card, have you tried uninstalling it and then manually reinstalling the latest driver in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator?

Are you sourcing drivers for your sound card from here?
