Audio changes with windows

Hi i just want to know if there a way to change the default audio depending on which monitor its on for example: My ASUS screen I want it to play through my Logitech speakers if a window on that screen is playing a noise. But if a have a window open on my SONIQ TV (Through HDMI) it would play through the TV's Speakers without me having to change it 24/7 (Since I am always swapping screens).

P.S Can my SONIQ screen go any higher if the recommended size was 1366x768

Nope sorry. Your going to have to use software to get that automated.

I know it's frustrating, I have to do the exact same thing.
