I need a little help, I have two audio connectors on my desktop PC (Dell Optiplex 380) the front one that is connected through the case, and the back one that is connected directly through the motherboard itself. The front one has a broken piece of an audio connector inside it and I lack the materials to get it out, i can't use either jack because the front connector says it is functioning normally, and is not reading any problems, even though it clearly does. My back connector is the opposite, perfectly fine physically but isn't even transmitting a signal, I am using windows 10, if any of you know how to fix this, please let me know

Solution
1) ignore fixing the jack and change your default audio device from headphone to speakers. it will now use the rear jack when you have something plugged in. windows defaults always to headphones when plugged in unless you change this.

2) remove the stuck piece. there are many methods of removing broken off pieces of 3.5mm plugs including superglue on the end of a cotton swab shaft or similar. there are tons of videos and guides about this.

3) replace the front jacks with a front panel device with audio and connect it up to the audio header from the motherboard instead of the current device. this gives you new ports to use if you find it impossible to use 2) and remove the obstruction.

So, ive been able to get the realtek drivers to start working and it does recognize it, ill let you know if im sucessful with my endless struggle

im utterly unable to make any form of the newest drivers or otherwise work, I need to find some way to disable it

ive given up on all means of fixing it and just sorta destroyed the broken piece with a coathanger, my computer sound works though, I have that working for me which is nice, thx anyway
