Question Audio-crackle at the end of the every sound with Razer Kraken v3 Hypersense ?

Lately, I bought the Razer Kraken V3 Hypersense headset. I'm not sure if the issue was present from the beginning, but recently, while listening to music, I noticed audio crackling. Later on, while trying to understand the cause of these crackling sounds, I realized that they usually occurred at the end of any sound activity. To check if the issue would be captured in a screen recording, I recorded my screen and noticed that the audio crackling completely disappeared. However, after restarting my PC, the same problem persisted. Troubled by this, I went back to the store and exchanged it for a new one. As soon as I connected the new headset, the same issue persisted. I read that the firmware update for the product was supposed to fix this problem, but the firmware update itself is problematic, as it keeps giving the same error and other people are experiencing the same issue. The workaround of resolving the problem through screen recording was broken with the recent update to the Synapse program, so that no longer works. Previously, whenever there was any headset activity, the audio crackling issue would be resolved unless I restarted my PC, and I had to settle for that. I never really understood the root cause of the problem, and if anyone has knowledge about this, could they please help?

Note 1: I have tried numerous things, from formatting my PC to playing around with audio drivers.

Note 2: I have tested the headset on three different devices, my own PC and two laptops. One of the laptops had the same issue of audio crackling, while the other one had no problems at all. So, it seems like the issue is related to the hardware of the PCs rather than the headset itself.

Check that you aren't pushing too high sample rate option through the headphones by going into Windows Sound Settings and for the audio device check the options (usually listed as 2 channels 48000 Hz Studio Quality etc) and stay at something like 16 bit 48000 Hz (48kHz)

Make sure you are not using a USB hub or passthrough ports and are connecting the dongle directly to motherboard.
In the case of both a desktop and laptop, make sure you don't have super bandwidth hungry devices hooked up to the system at the same time like capture cards and high framerate/resolution webcams.
In regards to a laptop which usually has few limited ports this can definitely be an issue (or if using a USB hub of some kind)
In regards to a desktop motherboard, try plugging the device into the top most USB port and other bandwidth hungry devices into bottom most USB ports (those are usually USB 3.0 as well near the bottom so that helps with that if the device needs it) keeping them further away from each other.

For clarification passthrough ports can be built into monitors and keyboards, and sometimes depending on the type of motherboard and PC case, front panel can be an issue as well if using that.

otherwise, beyond those basics, reach out to Razer support/community.

Thanks for the comment ! i have tried all of the usb port things its all the same nothing changed. i have tried the HZ things too nothing helped either. i did contact with the razer support they say nothing but ship the headset so we can have a look at if its defected or not. its a hardware issue that i can say its not about defect product. they didnt release new uptade for 1.5 year for their product that may have the solution. its not only me that having the same issue there is a lot of people have the same issue as me.
