Question Audio Crackles/Pops + Stutters (Especially when using Internet or Photoshop

Hey guys!

As the title describes, my computer is being a pain. It stutters randomly for about 15-30 seconds sometimes. This happens at least twice an hour. This is especially relevant when I'm attempting to use the internet while I am also using Photoshop.

I recently had a brand new SSD installed into my PC as the bootable drive, however, my older SSD which came from a separate rig that has all of my graphic design stuff is in there as well. I'm mentioning this as some research I've done says this could be a driver problem, but I do not quite understand how the default drivers are giving me issues.

Specs:
Samsung 970 Evo Plus 2tb (New SSD)
SATA3 1TB SSD
Nvidia GTX GeForce 1660 Super
AMD Ryzen 5 5600G
MSI MPG B550 Gaming Plus ATX AMD Motherboard

I have been running LatencyMon while a smaller stutter/pop episode occurred. I'll attach the screenshot below. Please let me know of any other programs I can use to monitor that may help solve this problem. This has genuinely been such a nightmare so any help is so greatly appreciated!

After some more time and more stutters, a different driver has been presented. (Hope this information is helpful in some way)
