Question Audio crackling sound in Windows 11 ?

hello . i have installed windows 11 recently. the problem i have noticed is that the notification audio or run as admin audio or usb connection device audio alert or any other sudden windows audio playback is crackling ( even when changing audio in audio bar ins taskbar.) i didnt have this problem in windows 10 and after 2 weeks of windows 11 i noticed this problem. is this windows related or software/hardware issue?

i have

• install/reinstalled all audio drivers not luck.
• disabled audio enhancements in sound setting no luck,
• disabled exclusive mode no luck.
• tested speaker aux port on front headphone connector on top of case, the same.
• tested speaker with other pc . the speaker was fine.

I have no such problem with usb headsets. only with other aux headset and the speakers. so is the problem windows-related or mobo-related?

update:
i installed windows 10 and the problem solved. and also installed another fresh version of win 11 on other drive. problem is still there in fresh windows 11. so is this a problem with windows 11? if it is why only i have it?
