My graphics card failed a couple of months ago and around the same time I started having these possibly related issues:
1. The audio crackles/stutters frequently, every few seconds. The physical devices themselves are fine, tried different audio ports and software fixes but nothing has solved it. So it seems it is a hardware issue, not software.
2. Every 4th boot or so, my computer will make 4 beeps and then fail to display. All the components will be powered on. 4 beeps apparently means hardware failure, but my computer works fine most of the time (apart from audio).
Do you have any idea what the problems could be and how to resolve them? Is there some kind of procedure I can follow to fix it?

8GB RAM
Intel i5 CPU
GTX 1060
Asus Z97-K Motherboard
