Question Audio cutting in and out in certain situations. Have tried everything, please help.

Feb 14, 2019
I haven been having a weird issue with my audio cutting in and out recently. It occurs in certain situations, specifically when i try screen share on Discord or specifically running photoshop while listening to spotify (Yes that specific). Ive tried so many things to fix this its not even funny. Another thing is that when i get the audio bug with discord, i also am unable to screen share, as it freezes my mouse, cuts out everyones voices, and once even froze the entire pc (task manager wouldnt open). This issue goes away/comes back after reboots randomly.

Here are my pc specs:

CPU: Ryzen 9 3950X
GPU: RTX 3080 Founders Edition
Ram: Corsair LPX 64GB (x2 32GB 3200Mhz)
Mobo: Asus B550-i Gaming
Case: Thermaltake Tower 100
PSU: EVGA G1+ 850watt

Additional Devices:

x2 4K Monitors
x1 1080P 240hz monitor
Elgato Streamdeck XL
Steelseries Arctis Pro Wireless (Plugged into GOXLR)
Wireless logitech mouse with charging mouse pad
Elgato Camlink4K

I have tried alot, and i mean alot. Here is everything i have tried:

-Hard Windows Reinstall
-Upgrade to Windows 10 Preview, Beta, and Dev
-Upgrade to windows 11 (currently using this since the issue wasnt caused by this and i love it)
-Install different network, audio, and graphics drivers
-Reinstall nvidia drivers
-New XLR Cable
-Removed all non essential software (except discord, spotify, and photoshop for testing the issue)
-Used without GOXLR (gaming headset alone)
-Different motherboard (crosshair VIII hero)
-LatencyMon (No issues noticed)
-Changing 4K resolution
-Underclocking GPU
Note: I may have missed some things ive already tried.

Things i havent tried:

-Swapping GPU (i hate scalpers)
-Swapping CPU (could this even be the issue?)
-Swapping xlr mic
-Giving up on game development and my love of pc gaming to become a chef

I have no idea, ive gathered the smartest people i know and we just cant figure this out.
Hopefully some 5 head knows whats going on. Thanks to anyone with ideas.
