Hey guys ! So, basically I have a significant audio delay in all browsers, websites, and video players on windows 10.

I tried the windows troubleshooter and other simple solutions but it didn't help

Some people told me it might have sometimes to do with html5 player or codecs I used.(I use Media player classic player and codecs)

Solution
> control panel
> add/remove hardware / hardware and sound
> device manager

scroll down to the device you want to 'remove' and expand it (press the +)
right click the device name and select uninstall
a confirm box will appear, select remove driver

now you need a restart, and then add new hardware

after following this, you should now have re-installed your device and drivers
could be many things: codecs, drivers, windows 10 (yes windows 10 is slack and we all know it), windows 10 (i realise i have mentioned windows twice, but it has such a major flaw {creators patch}, its worth mentioning twice), youre using software/hardware decode.

try switcvhing between hardware and software audio decoding, and do the same for video playback.

try updating to latest drivers or rollback drivers to a previous release.

un-install creators (if this is actually possible you will have solved a great many peoples troubles)

How can I switch between hardware and software decoding ? and switch any playback settings ?

Well this are the codecs I currently have

How can I completely re-install audio drivers ? to try to fix the issue ?

Well unfortunately after a lot reinstalling and fixing it still gives me audio delay. So I will simply reinstall whole windows. I have a lot of issues with this new PC anyways, probably because person responsible for hardware installed windows 10 by upgrading from win 7 to win 10, so it probably caused issues with newer hardware drivers. But thx for help anyways

I had been having audio sync problems since I built my Ryzen 1600 in Nov 17 and none of the many solutions when Google searching worked, so thought I would quickly share my solution for other future frustrated users.

Note: This is for AMD users only.

1. Visit AMD site;
2. Go to Drivers and Support;
3. In manual update section (rightmost box), enter your 4 details (eg. update chipset; Ryzen processor; B350 motherboard; Windows 10);
4. Download and run the program to install the Ryzen Balanced Power configuration; and
5. Reboot computer.

That's it, my sync problems in both video player and yt clips etc were solved.
