Audio Device problem for streaming

So lately I've been getting into streaming and at the same time decided I wanted to get my old Xonar DG up and running again (Haven't bothered with it since updating to windows 10 since the drivers broke for a bit back then). Now, I don't have any problem hearing my own audio, which, as you're about to find out is weird.

I play music through spotify and obviously want the people watching to hear the music. Normally this should be easy, and is with itunes or anything else (foobar included). For some reason, spotify REFUSES to output through the descrete sound card. I've disabled every driver and device except the one I want it to output through and even now have gone so far as to go into my BIOS and disable my onboard card completely. Still, any game I play and spotify output through some unknown device that I have no control over besides that it follows whatever volume setting I do through the other devices. I did quite a bit of searching and have lots of experience with computers though this has quite frankly got me completely stumped. Until this is fixed, I'm going to use my onboard card but, as the DG sounds WAY better, I'd prefer to be using that.

I'll watch this thread and give you guys anything you need to help me solve this insanity, though I think my computer may just be haunted at this point 😛

I am sure that the drivers are working as every other application is outputting through the soundcard and I can see in windows that they are using that device (in the volume mixer I can see the outputed audio).

I suppose an equally ok solution would simply be to find the audio device these applications are using but even when I go into playback devices, no devices show any audio output. I've looked through all disabled devices as well.
