Audio Devices Not Wokring

So, I restarted my computer last night, and now, none of my audio devices are working. They are all detected in device manager, but it says that no audio devices are installed. I'm on windows 10 pro Insider Preview Build 17074.rl_prerelease. Here are some screenshots: http://

I have a Prime Z270-AR
i5 7600
a gtx 1070
A small san disk ssd
my main 1 tb samsung ssd
6tb of hdd
and 16gb of ddr4, i forgot which brand

Well, I re-installed windows, the audio output works, but now none of my audio input devices work, any ideas? My mic is working on the hardware side, just no microphone works on the software side.
