Question Audio devices not working/ No audio

I have MSI PRO B660M-A DDR4 running on
Intel i5 12400,
Ram 16 gb 3200,
AMD Rx 6600 8gb graphics
650watts gigabyte PSU
OS windows 10pro
and yesterday I have updated my bios to latest version
AMI BIOS
Version 7D43v1I
Release Date2024-08-01
File Size10.30 MB
And after reboot audio was gone , so I uninstalled and reinstalled realtek audio drivers but nothing happened, realtek audio console is showing message "realtek audio console doesn't support for this machine" . And also Realtek audio driver is not showing in device manager. Updated all drivers and OS , graphics drivers, audio drivers. Nothing is happening. What should I do next?

Check in BIOS for Integrated devices and see if Realtek Sound is enabled.
