So when I boot up my computer and all that, everything is fine until I start to play music or watch a film. The audio is quite distorted and muffled, especially in the bass levels.
This issue is completely resolved after unplugging and re-plugging in the audio jack on the back of the motherboard. The audio is clear in all levels.

I am just looking to see what can be done to resolve this so I don't have to keep going to the back of my PC.

Mobo = Gigabyte AX370 gaming K5
All drivers are up to date.

Any ideas?

On board sound card? Computer speakers, plugged directly into the MB? What connector type - 1/8" stereo?

Does the cable disconnect from the back of the speakers, or is it hardwired? Are you able to try another set of speakers?

Does the level change at all?

Speakers are plugged directly into the MB with an 1/8 inch connection, yes.

The cable does disconnect from the speakers, and i did already try with another set. Same issue.

And yes the level does change. It gets quieter after having plugged out/in again.
