Yeah had same problem upgraded my gx620 to vista ultimate,
downloaded twenty or so drivers from dell and others
no help allays got, this doesn't work on your hardware or wrong OS etc windows pop ups but instead of buying a new box went and got myself a driver disk from eBay
and stuff me it worked, all win driver DVD not much money ,
so all good now , may work for you mate give it a go.
