Audio Driver not Detecting USB Headphones

Hello,

I updated to Windows 10 build 1803 yesterday from 17xx and now today I tried plugging in my Logitech G433 headphones and I could hear audio but my microphone was not picking up my voice despite being detected by Windows. I updated Realtek HD Audio Manager from my MOBO support page to 6.0.1.8158 and now I am getting no audio through my headphones when set to default and still no voice detection. Windows detects both devices but Realtek does not detect either when I plug it in. I am very fed up with Microsoft breaking my things with updates. Any help is appreciated.

CPU: Intel i7-6700k
Motherboard: ASUS Z-170A
GPU: GIGABYTE G1 GTX 1080
RAM: 16 GB (2x8) FURY
OS: Windows 10 Home Edition 1803

Thanks,
Ricardo

Hello, that was not the solution but I found my own a few days ago. The newest build of Windows 10 changes some privacy access features and therefore was blocking my microphone completely. I went into privacy settings and enabled microphone access. Now its working properly but Realtek audio manager is still not working correctly. Will have to wait for Microsoft to work out the kinks, yet again.
