Audio Drivers not working after reinstall of W10

So after having to reinstall windows 10 I can't get any audio on my headset. I've tried installing/reinstalling the drivers and have had no luck. I guess the audio drivers my pc was using were from Realtek. Sometimes I get static in my headphones but that's it, also when using the troubleshooter it says there's nothing plugged in when there is. I know my headphones work. I also have to use a mic/headphone splitter. Any suggestions on where to go next?

Yeah I have just a OEM Dell motherboard, I5-4460, Radeon HD 7770, and 8gb of Kingston? ram
