Audio drivers say error 39 and that they are corrupt in device manager.

I have uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled them, I've uninstalled catalyst control center and reinstalled it as well. But there's still devices under audio "Realtek High Definition Audio" and "AMD High Definition Audio Device" both with little error symbols and my sound doesn't work. Can anyone help me?

and when I try to play a game it says I need a sound card.

Reinstalled Windows 7 and it fixed it.
