Audio dropouts on windows 7
Hi, I have an HT Claro soundcard, and have discussed this issue with their person. We could not fix it. I have adjusted many settings including enabling High Performance, disabling features, turning sound notifications off, etc. I added an app that checks latency, and the problem happens an average of every minute or so. I can;t change the IRQ because I have APCI enabled, which I don't even know what that is. The Soundcard is at IRQ 23, and I don't know if this makes a difference? Oh, and I checked and the soundcard drivers are up-to-date. What do I do? I like Music, but the dropouts are annoying. Been doing a lot of reading on forums about this, but I'm still unable to fix.
