Question Audio equalizer in game not working

Just got dead island 2 problem is the sound is bad like flat. I found out that the game doesn't use my equalizer at all Headphone speaker etc ( z170pro gaming realtek )
Its the first time i have this problem with a game. Other games are working just fine. Win 10
