audio error windows 10!

Hello there I have a huge issue that’s been going on for some time now limiting me from my gaming career. So I will be in a game or just browsing the internet and my mic will make a popping noise. I have the razer krakens 7.1 chromas I look down at my sound icon and it makes the pop and switches from headset to realtek high definition audio and then back to headset. This causes freezes in my games and just doing a normal browsing task. I really need this issue solved please and best regards.

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to uninstall/reinstall the sound card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the Sound card driver.
- Once uninstalled, download and install the latest driver from the manufacturer site of the motherboard.
- After installing the latest driver, reboot the PC for all the changes to take effect.
- Do also install the Razer Synapse software that provides more support with your headphones.
