Audio from graphic card to TV

Hello,
How could I connect 2 wires audio cabel from the graphic card to P965 Neo, to have audio in HDMi output of my graphic card ?

Hello,
I did it before, but I on TV-set have picture without voice.
The HDMi cable from TV is conected to DVI output of graphic card using HDMi/DVI adptor.
