[SOLVED] Audio Interface or Dac?

I want to buy a pair of beyerdynamic DT 700 PRO X but this headphone requires something decent to hear good audio. Now in theory, audio interfaces have DACs in them, but the question is, do audio interfaces produce the same audio quality that DAC/AMPs produce?

You may tell me that I don't need an audio interface because it's used by professionals who record, butI do plan on doing some recordings. Is it a better option to just get an audio interface? If yes, which ones do you recommend around the price of $200?

To answer your question about which one to get, read this. As for your platform, if you do recording, then look into an interface. FocusRite have some good interfaces as do Yamaha.
