Im facing an audio issue witht the RealtekHD device installed on my pc . I cant hear audio at all now through my pc .Though devices are listed as working fine in device manager .

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Pass on the make and model of your audio equipment as well. It might seem silly but have you hooked up any audio output device to the soundcard on the system?

If so, you might want to uninstall the audio drivers, then manually reinstall the latest audio driver in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

PC specs:
Intel-i5 8400
MASTERAIR G100M(Cooler Master)
GIGABYTE B360M HD3
ADATA DDR4 2400 8GB
HDD 240 GB
SDD 1 TB
2070 RTX
CORSAIR VS650 power supply unit
Redragon SIDESWIPE GC-601 Tower gaming casing

Im using an Android TCL smart TV with an HD input as a monitor and as an audio output for my pc. The sound device used is a RealtekHD .I tried to install the latest drivers again recently .But that didnt help . Under device Manager all sound devices seem to be listed as working fine .But still cant hear audio any more through my pc and on the Android smart tv in built speakers. In other words there's no Audio output coming through my PC.Can anyone figure out for me what's going on?
