Question Audio Issue that shouldn't exist

I Recently built this PC For my church, it works great except it doesn't accept any audio IO. Despite the fact the The Bios (And Windows) Detect that an audio device is plugged in, and Volume mixer shows volume that should be playing, no audio comes through. Additionally, even when a microphone is on and sending a signal, the PC refuses to grab/acknowledge that there is audio input.

Checking the drivers has done nothing as they have been updated 3 times. This same PC has been factory reset as well, and Windows Media Player shows that all CODECS for audio are accounted for.

By all accounts this audio issue should not exist, yet it does anyways.

Have you gone to "PC Settings > System > Sound" and tried Test your microphone and/or Troubleshoot?
Check the tutorial below to see if it helps?

Yes, but the troubleshooter hasn't found a solution yet either
