I just purchased a Dell G16 7630 gaming laptop. It is configured as follows:

core i9-13900HX,
64GB RAM,
Geforce RTX 4060 w/8GB VRAM.
I'm running Windows 11 Home.

All drivers are fully up to date and Windows is up to date.
I'm having issues in two games that I know of, Starfield and the Witcher 3. It seems when I push the graphics setting in these games the audio cuts in and out and I often get a staticky sound that causes me to exit the game. I'm even running Starfield on all low settings and it still happens.

I have tried pretty much all of the troubleshooting steps out there for Starfield to no avail. I recently contacted Bethesda support because I thought it was simply an issue with their game but have not heard back. I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction. I appreciate any help you can provide.

Well, it appears that maybe I've found the problem. I moved the USB dongle for my wireless headset to another USB port and that seems to have fixed the issue. I'm even playing Starfield on high to ultra settings now with no issues.

Does the sound come from the speakers, headphones or laptop?
I believe I found the problem. I moved the USB dongle for my wireless headset to another USB port and now no issues. I was able to play for quite a while without a single glitch. I even bumped the graphical settings up to high and ultra and no issues. Seems to be fixed. Also no issues in the Witcher 3. Thanks for your help.
