Audio issues with motherboard

If i am not able to get audio or not able to get the audio drivers to work... Can this be a motherboard issue?

What motherboard?
What version of Windows?
Are you getting any error messages?
What shows up in your Device Manager for Sound?

@dudio it is a gigabyte b250 d3h ... I am having issues with realtek and other audio drivers.. It gives error messages(realtek says code 10error)

Also, what do you mean by "other audio drivers"?

Drivers which come with win10.. Usb audio driver and Microsoft audio drivers...

Not sure what you mean by USB Audio driver.
Have you installed drivers for your motherboard for Windows 10?
Go here: http://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-B250M-D3H-rev-10#support-dl and at the very least grab the Realtek driver for your board and Windows version. ( http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Driver/mb_driver_audio_realtek_200series.zip )
