Audio Jack Problem

All audio jacks make sound go really quiet in one ear all of a sudden on the right ear i can bearly hear the sounds and i know its not the headphones as i have tried out multiple pairs and bearly any sound ever comes out of the right ear and i have no idea what to do please help.

can you tell me the motherboard make and model and the windows you are using and 32 or 64bit

...and recheck ALL your audio connections (headphones to pc to speaker) - making sure all connectors are fully engaged. If present, make sure any dedicated audio card is seated in the motherboard properly (take out and put back in).
