Question Audio keeps cutting out on Windows 11 Home ?

I have realtek drivers instsalled to the latest version. This started happening a couple of weeks ago. Basically, my sound keeps cutting out all the time. Usually a few seconds into paying a game. I can only get my headphones to work properly. It's the speakers that are the problem. It cuts out and then I have to adjust the volume on my keyboard to have it work again. Then it cuts out again after a few seconds. I'm playing my games in full screen and not windowed if that helps. I have no idea how to fix this or what information you'd need to help me fix it. All drivers are up to date and windows is up to date. It also happens on other software when I use the realtek audio option in my sound settings.

What is the make and model of your motherboard? BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time? I would uninstall the driver, then manually reinstall the latest audio driver sourced from the motherboard maker's support page, in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
