Question Audio lag ?

Okay so randomly out of nowhere when I alt tab from a game and people are talkin it sounds all robotic and I cant figure it out

Update your drivers ( graphics and audio ). If the problem persists then try clean installing the drivers. Because the problem just came out of nowhere I don't think it is a hardware problem.

those are all fresh because I just did a fresh install after gettin tired of dealin with it
