Question Audio lags while playing game

Hey So this problem started happening like 2-3 days ago.

When i play the game EFT i get these sound lags or stutters,

i will post a video about it here

I have Ryzen 7 3800x with RTX 2060, 16 Gb ram 2400 Mhz, 2 Tb HDD, 2 SSD. Other than that the game runs with 70-90 FPS.

the freeze is because 16 gb of ram is not enough for this map and islc was closed

Have you tried reinstalling your audio drivers?
Is this only happening in EFT?

Yes but will try again soon
Will test, im currently downloading COD and will test if it happens there too.

I tried reinstalling it again and its still there, and seems like its only on EFT

So i played COD again and the sound issue was there and before i played like 2-3 hours EFT i had no sound issues, no yesterday. Its just sometime happens sometime not
edit: i also verified game files
