[SOLVED] audio latency issue when playing games

Pc having latency issues im assuming that is cant find any thing else it could be while im in discord with friend mic gets cut out and very laggy when in game some games are worse other arent but origins apex legends is really bad can paly and talk with friends at all
Used latency mon to find out if i was having issues with real time audio and i am says cpu throttling power management and bios update have done bios update and still nothing i have turn on high performance in windows settings and cant find any real power management in the motherboard but i could really use some help guys games are some times unplayable here my parts

Ryzen 3 3200g stock speed
corsair lpx ram 16gb 3600mhz
evga 500 bronze psu
windows 10 home un activated version
msi 1050ti
