To put this simply, When I have been listening to music at max volume on everything, the green audio level bar on the toolbar sounds would constantly be maxed, now it floats around half. I haven't touched any settings. Doesn't play loudly through speakers or headphones.

I have tried going through the enhancements and such of my headphones. nothing fixed the problem.

Solution
If the input (green bar) is half, then your playback software is outputting half the volume. You need to check your playback software to make sure it's actually outputting at the same volume as before.

That's a given, but thanks for the input.

You do know that that's the only possible issue right? Just remember that some "drivers" like the Creative Soundblaster software is going to be part of the "playback software" rather than actual driver (the actual driver actually being something else, usually realtek or via).

Try listening to youtube (via firefox/IE) and then to your normal playback software. If both have issues (you haven't stated that information), then check for audio filters like Soundblaster, third party equalizers, etc. If neither works, a full driver reinstall is needed. If that doesn't work, there's likely a system corruption somewhere.
