audio making strange noises

my current computer when i turn it off sometimes i hear this short loud static burst from the audio and when i turn it on the audio makes loud and wierd noises also i have audio off... is this normal for mobo audio to be doing this?

Happens to me sometimes, i just restart computer and get on with it, i mean some sound i better than none. but hopefully someone can give you a better response

i would check if there is not a short from the speaker cable to the system audio output could be something that made contact with the case .
