Audio mostly on one ear

So I recently reinstall window 10 since I wanted to refresh everything and when I was doing this I had trouble with drivers but figure everything else. Everything worked before I just reinstalled window 10. Now my audio driver is mostly on one ear. I have to offset it to the right ear 5 to get it to be equal. I check if it was just headphone or the port and it was neither of those. I reinstall the drivers and everything and now I don't know what else to do. I tried googleing it but all that comes up is "only" in one ear instead of mostly in one ear.

far more likely to be a connection/cable issue or actual speaker issue than a Windows/driver issue....

Use a set of $6 headphones to see if the MB or soundcard is actually ouptuting different L/R levels, which would surprise me...

That what I tried doing but even cheaper then $6 dollar xD. After that I knew that it wasn't anything external, the problem was internal so I thought to myself and I remember that there are setting for the audio in my bios. So I went into there and change it around till it finally solve my problem. I also had to do this with my Lan. I appreciate the help.

You had a setting in the BIOS to attenuate either Left or Right speaker outputs? Interesting!
