My computer constantly stutters even on desktop with nothing running and I have no explanation for it, and my headset microphone keeps cutting out and I have to constantly unplug and plug in headset to make it work again. My monitors constantly go black for a few seconds and then go back to normal,

My specs include:
I5 9600k
GTX 1060 6gb
Corsair DDR4 Vengeance 8x2gb Ram
B365m Pro-VH
500W PSU EVGA

Solutions I have tried:
Reinstalled windows 10.
Reinstalled realtek audio and nvidia drivers.
Updated drivers.
swapped out HDMI cables.
Bought a new HDD.
Used LatencyMon and all it said was that there was no problem.
Reinstalled Nvidia Geforce drivers.
Changing power management to Ultimate performance.
all of these offered no solution to the problem.
Factory Reset
Reinstalled sound drivers.
Formatted HDD and SSD

I’m guessing it is a motherboard or GPU issue, whilst figuring out how to install case fans, i think i struck my GPU/motherboard with screwdriver. But i’m far from a computer expert so i’m asking you guys if you can help me at all. Any replies would be greatly appreciated

I also read that sometimes wifi USB adapters also cause stuttering, and i unplugged the USB adapter and my pc still stuttered however it did stutter less when I was playing aimlab
