I recently built my first gaming pc, and the audio is not working from any of the ports. I double checked and made sure everything was plugged in properly. I also made sure I have all the drivers, but wired audio still has not worked in any scenario on this computer. I connected my Bluetooth headphones to computer, and everything worked fine, it's just that when I try connecting any wired audio devices such as earbuds or speakers to the computer, that it does not work. Do you guys have a solution?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? What OS are you working with? Please mention your audio gear that you're pairing with your platform.
I am pretty sure the bios version is A.00 on Windows 11. I tried using Logitech Z130 speakers and some knockoff Apple earbuds. I tested the speakers and earbuds on different devices and they worked fine.

Update: Since it seems like nobody can find the solution with, I am strongly considering returning and replacing the motherboard. Since nothing else has worked, I am thinking that there is a problem with the motherboard. In case you guys had any thoughts on this choice, please leave your thoughts in case I have not returned the mobo yet.

Also I forgot to mention, I bought the motherboard used on Amazon.
