Recently changed my CPU cooler from the AMD Wraith Prism to the BeQuiet! Dark Rock Pro 4. Since this change, audio has only been working through one of the display port connections on my CPU. The headphones port on the front and back don't work. Originally it was only 1 displayport that was working but it now appears to be both. This appears to be my only issue, everything else works fine.

My build:
AMD Ryzen 7 2700X 3.7 GHz 8-Core Processor
be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 50.5 CFM CPU Cooler
MSI X570-A PRO ATX AM4 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-2666 Memory
Asus GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11 GB STRIX GAMING Video Card
be quiet! Silent Base 800 ATX Mid Tower Case

plus ssd's for storage

Solution
Option on the playback devices is the wrong place. Try "Output" Choose your Output Devices.

Click Windows Start button, then select Search, type in Sound, press Enter.

I don't have that as an option on the playback devices. I only have the following:
NVIDIA Output - Not plugged in
P27 - Monitor 2
P27 - Not plugged in
P27 (Centre) - Monitor 1
Speakers (Yeti Microphone) - Microphone
