I want to have my TV play audio from the computer when I watch videos. I have a 42in. 1080p VIZIO TV and a 22in. Viewsonic monitor. The 22 is my main PC monitor and I do a lot of 2D photoshop work while Hulu is running on the 42. I'm tired of wearing headphones and I don't want to buy a set of speakers, the TV speakers are good enough for me.
I want a video card that will be capable of supporting my extended desktop on the 42 while I photoshop or play games on the 22. I also want this card to support audio out through HDMI (via adapter is fine) so I can use the TV speakers as my main audio output. I don't play a lot of video games but I would like it to be able to support your average FPS or RTS game.
I would like to spend under $200, closer to $100 would be better.
Any suggestions?
I've heard ATI is simpler in this regard because it has an integrated audio chip but to be honest I don't know much about this.
