Question Audio problem on B450 Fatal1ty Gaming k4

I upgraded my PC to this motherboard paired with AMD Ryzen 5 3600X, everything is perfect except for my audio. I am not sure if it's the motherboard.. Before that on my old setup the audio was fine. But now it's like im playing on 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound while everything is setup on stereo. The sound in CS:GO is absolutely differenta and awful, sounds muffled and hard to pinpoint sounds. The voices of people on teamspeak for examples sounds different aswell, literally like I am in a cinema or something. I am not sure if this is the motherboards fault or maybe realtek, but I've tried every setting, disabling enhancements, older drivers, the speaker is configured on stereo. Tried both front and rear panel jacks and I don't know what to do anymore! Please help.
