Hello, I've got an audio sound problem and I'm not sure how to actually fix it. When playing a game (mostly happens in games and when watching twitch videos to be fair) my sounds cuts out and reconnects when it hears something. An example, I'm playing PUBG, i'm running through a field or building and I can hear footsteps of myself and my team mates, then boom, sounds gone unless I smash a window or shoot. This happens in every type of game I play, not just PUBG. Its like my connection just goes into sleep mode then wakes when something happens.
I've tried the jacks on the back and the optical bit (currently using a soundbar with optical) and it happens when them both, but does not happen with my USB headphones, anyone have any ideas?
I've currently got windows 10 installed and my motherboard is a ROG Strix 370F and my audio drivers are up to date. I'm also using the motherboard for sound and not a soundcard.
