[SOLVED] Audio Problem

Hey everyone, new member here. I'm gonna list the specs of my PC first before i describe my problem
Ryzen 3700x
RTX 2070 Super
MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX MB
16GB 3466MHz RAM

that's mainly it with the other components, i have a hyper X cloud alpha headset (bought brand new) but the audio is not reaching the max capacities, for example when you open the volume mixer, you can see its only half the volume, idk if that makes sense i'll be able to provide a photo to describe the issue any help would be much appreciated, i tried drivers, audio drivers, and more

I believe that headset model has an in-line volume control ( a small thumb-wheel) attached to the cord.

Try adjusting that as it may be on a low setting.
