audio quality and impedance for hyperx cloud core

Hello Everyone

which motherboard will provide better audio quality as well as which one has the higher output impedance.
Headphone which i will be using is hyperx cloud core.
1) FOXCONN G41-MD (some realtek codec)

2) MSI G41 M -P26 (VIA® VT1708S )

3) acer e1 570g laptop(i3 3217u-1.8ghz , gt 740m)*it also has some relatek codec*

Also i saw a huge differenc between foxconn and my laptop audio (laptop audio was better).So i was thinking of getting that particular msi mobo.

Sorry for the inconvenience..i was unable to fetch more information abut the codecs. 🙁

I have heard cloud core require 60 ohm impedance for proper functioning.

no..its a basic model hyperx cloud core (without sound card)
