Audio Quality Became Bad?

The sounds of music, games, etc. became real crappy all of the sudden? I tried updating audio drives and rolling back, disabled other audio and mic devices even a different headphones and still no go. I'm frustrated please help?

Try restarting Windows as it may just be a temporary glitch.
